| Colin Wexler is a principal in the firm's Litigation Group. He has experience defending clients in cases involving claims of breach of contract and of fiduciary duty, as well as prosecuting trade secret misappropriation, tortious interference with contract, and antitrust actions. Mr. Wexler's general practice has included cases involving accounting and actuarial malpractice. His practice also includes insurance coverage and product liability matters.Mr. Wexler is a former law clerk to the Honorable Charles P. Sifton, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York. He is also on the board of directors of Chicago Legal Advocacy for Incarcerated Mothers (CLAIM), an organizations that provides legal and educational services to maintain the bond between imprisoned mothers and their children.Mr. Wexler is admitted to practice in Illinois state courts and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. He received his law degree, cum laude, in 1999 from the University of Michigan, where he was contributing editor and associate editor of the Michigan Law Review. He received his B.A. in political science from Yale University in 1995. |
