Frank F. Pospishil is a partner with the firm and is the head of the litigation department. He joined the firm in 1967. Mr. Pospishil focuses his practice on civil litigation, bankruptcy and administrative law matters. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Pospishil has developed a diverse and broad knowledge in a variety of industries including banking, cable television, franchising, meat packing, real estate development, telecommunications, and data processing. He has extensive experience in federal and state court trials and specializes in handling complex litigation matters. Mr. Pospishil regularly advises and represents clients through all stages of negotiation and litigation, including appellate advocacy. He has represented clients in numerous arbitration matters with unions. Mr. Pospishil has also served as a mediator for U.S. Arbitration and Mediation, Inc., in both simple and complex civil cases, achieving an approximate settlement rate of 80%. Mr. Pospishil received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1964 and his Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law in 1967. Mr. Pospishil is a member of the Omaha and Nebraska State Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Pospishil is also a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation.
