Practice Profile Robert Rasmussen has practiced corporate and securities law at Glenn Rasmussen Fogarty & Hooker since its inception in 1983 and previously as a partner of Florida's largest law firm. He has represented public and private corporations in all stages of development and in a broad range of corporate finance matters, including all aspects of SEC compliance, public and private securities offerings, and merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions. In addition, Mr. Rasmussen has published law review and other articles on, among other subjects, fairness opinions, Florida takeover laws, and the anti-fraud provisions of federal and Florida securities laws. He is rated "AV" by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, is listed in Florida Super Lawyers, Florida Trend's Legal Elite, and Chambers U.S.A. He has also been listed in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
