Paul Drecksel practices in the area of Commercial Litigation with an emphasis on eminent domain, construction and real estate related matters. He has a unique and balanced perspective on the subject of eminent domain as he has spent approximately half his time representing condemning authorities and the remainder representing landowners subject to condemnations. He has tried eminent domain cases to juries and the bench and has twice recovered over $10 million on behalf of a landowner who lost his land to condemnation.

Mr. Drecksel handles delay, interference, acceleration, construction defect and other construction litigation matters for clients throughout the western United States, including matters pending in federal and state courts and in arbitration.  He also handles a wide variety of other commercial litigation matters, including cases involving telecommunications, title insurance and business disputes.

Mr. Drecksel is often asked to write and speak on the subject of eminent domain.
