Ms. Rosenwinkel primarily defends hospitals, their employed staff and employed physicians in medical malpractice actions, including participation in jury trials and numerous mediations and dispositive motions.  She advises health care clients on various matters including peer review privilege, medical records production requests, emergency detentions and medical consent issues.  Ms. Rosenwinkel is a member of the Lake County, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations as well as the Board of Directors for the Lake County Bar Association.
