Alastair Warr received undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Indiana University and his J.D. from Indiana University - Indianapolis in 1991.  Mr. Warr's practice focuses primarily on IP litigation involving patents, trademarks and trade secrets.  Mr. Warr also represents clients in other aspects of intellectual property, including patent and trademark prosecution and transactions.  Mr. Warr has represented clients in the acquisition of intellectual property assets nationally and internationally.
