Robert Fuerst focuses his practice on transactional real estate work. His clients include developers, buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants. He advises these clients in development, acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of all types of commercial and residential real estate, including shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, apartments, condominiums and mixed use projects. Mr. Fuerst has substantial experience in shopping center and office leasing and in the development and acquisition of shopping centers and hotel properties.

For thirteen years Mr. Fuerst wrote a monthly column on issues of real estate and general business law for Properties, a monthly magazine for the real estate and construction industry in Northeast Ohio. He has also been a speaker on Commercial Leasing Issues for the Cleveland Bar Association's Annual Real Estate Law Institute. He is a member of the Cleveland, Ohio, and American Bar Associations and the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Fuerst is the immediate Past President of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Jewish Committee and was the recipient of AJC's Young Leadership Award. He is also a member of the Community Relations Committee of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland and has been actively involved in several of its sub-committees.
