Bar Admission Born in Montréal in 1946, Pierre Dozois completed his studies at Collège Stanislas de Montréal, Faculty of Law of Université de Montréal and Harvard Business School. Partner in a large law firm as of 1978, he joined BCF in 1997 to take charge of the securities and the public and private financing fields. For a long time head of the BCF Corporate Group, he is now head of the Securities Group. Having the benefit of 35 years or so of experience in several business law fields, his current practice is mainly focused on mergers and acquisitions and on public and private financing. Mr. Dozois likes to think of his practice as not being limited simply to law. He also acts as an advisor to the management of many of the firm?s clients. |
