| Mr. Shekoyan, a Baker, Manock & Jensen shareholder, has practiced law for over 30 years and is Chairman of the firm's Estate Planning Group. He is engaged in a general business practice, with an emphasis in estate and gift tax planning, wills, trusts, family limited partnerships and advising in the administration of trusts and probate estates. Mr. Shekoyan also represents business clients in business, succession planning and real estate matters. He is a member and past president of the Fresno Estate Planning Council. In 1991, he served as the Chairman of Fresno's Little Hoover Commission, an organization that conducted an exhaustive review and published an extensive commentary on Fresno's municipal government. Mr. Shekoyan currently serves as a Board Member for the Fresno Business Council and is a member of the Fresno County (Secretary, 1976), Los Angeles County, California, and American Bar Associations.
