Michael specialises in commercial property, with particular current emphasis as a key member of the FSI Olympic Team (headed by Partner Chris Allan) dealing with enforced business relocation prior to 2012. His experience also covers all aspects of commercial property, focussing on retail, development and construction and secured lending, as well as advising on landlord and tenant issues and property management generally. His background as a company/commercial lawyer and managing partner in his own firm until 2001, enables him to provide a broad and constructive approach to problem solving. He is 2006-7 President of The West London Law Society and holds two judicial tribunal appointments. |
