Nathalie Gagnon

Nathalie started her career in business law at BCF in 1998. She became a partner in the firm in December 2003.

Over the years, Nathalie has been involved in a number of corporate sale and purchase transactions. She is also active in corporate reorganization, assisting businesses and financial institutions in corporate financing, and helping strategic partners or key employees in the acquisition of interests in a company.

Nathalie is the partner in charge of marketing at BCF.
