Catherine became a member of Barreau du Québec in 1982 and has been a partner at BCF since 1995.
Catherine practices in business law and has been involved in a large number of corporate reorganizations, sale and purchase transactions, and numerous venture capital financings. She works mainly in transactions involving both large corporations or financial institutions and SMEs.
Ms. Lapointe's clients are based mainly in the financial services (insurers, insurance brokers) and manufacturing sectors, as well as venture capitals in the technology field. She has worked on numerous cross-border matters (France, United States, England).
