| Co-Managing Partner Bar Admission Called to the Barreau du Québec, 1982 Jules Turcotte is one of the partners in the commercial and taxation group at our Quebec City office. Prior to joining BCF in June 2003, Jules was a member and partner of two leading legal firms in Quebec City. Jules has almost twenty-four years' experience in taxation and business law, notably in estate and tax planning, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and tax litigation. Jules regularly represents small, medium and large family businesses and their shareholders, directors and officers, as well as certain private and public organizations. He has also developed an expertise in life insurance companies, their products and segregated funds. |
