Energy Trading: Andreas Huenerwadal has advised the first broker/dealer of electrical energy and energy derivatives to obtain a full license (broker/dealer, market maker, derivative house) from the Swiss Federal Banking Commission (FBC), He regularly advises energy trading houses with regard to OTC contracts, both for physically and for financially settled instruments. The first energy exchange of Germany asked his help to register with the FBC in Switzerland. Regulatory Banking: Andreas Huenerwdel has been involved in obtaining licenses from the FBC for banks, brokers/dealers, exchanges and funds. He is in regular contact with the FBC, the Swiss Bankers Association and other supervisory authorities in the Financial Sector. Banking Litigation: Andreas Huenerwadel, on a regular basis, represents the largest Swiss Bank, State banks and private banks in court, in particular before the Commercial Court of Zurich and the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. Rights Issues: Andreas Huenerwadel advises foreign funds and investment vehicles with regard to rights issues in Switzerland, both public and private offerings.
