Tim represents and provides legal counsel, opinions and technical assistance on environmental, construction and development law issues concerning the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and Rivers and Harbors Act. Tim regularly provides legal counsel to law firms, business and associations on environmental law and regulatory issues at the local, state and federal levels. In addition to his legal practice at Ogden Newell & Welch PLLC, Tim is a founding partner at The Rotunda Group, LLC where he provides government relations services, political analysis, and public policy consultation for associations and businesses.
