Scott MacKenzie has a general practice in civil litigation. He has appeared as counsel in both the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal.Mr. MacKenzie is handling multiple claims made by the British Columbia Housing Management Commission as part of its building envelope failure cost recovery program. As a member of the Securities litigation group, he also provides litigation support and advice to institutional brokerage houses, plaintiffs and defendants in civil, regulatory and compliance matters.
