| Céline RANG advises medium-sized and major firms, and defends their rights in the case of litigation, more precisely in the fields of international mobility, personal tax planning and social security advice. Her main fields of expertise are social- and tax advice to French and foreign individuals, analysis and implementation of social security and tax planning for expatriates (French employees abroad and foreign citizens working in France), stock options plans, shareholding, managers wages restructuring, and audit and elaboration of international mobility policies. Céline started her career by joining the legal and tax department of Price Waterhouse (today Landwell) in 1993, before joining in 1996 the international mobility department of HSD Ernst & Young (today EY Law). |
