Lionel ROCHE advises local and public institutions, or companies, which work on projects linked with urbanism, land management, environment, and defends their interests in the case of litigation.
He acts more precisely within the frame of urban renovation, commercial centres creation, industrial unity restructuring. His main fields of expertise are urban projects elaboration, legal procedures and constraints, in the framework of land management operations.
This comprises the elaboration and verification of all legal documents, negotiation with public services in charge of those procedures, drafting of contracts and land management conventions, and assisting companies with their industrial premises restructuring. In terms of environmental law, he also assists his clients with the negotiation and sales of polluted land.
Lionel ROCHE started his career in Paris in 1989 as a jurist in an international business law firm. He also worked as a consultant specialised in urbanism and environment law for the Val d'Oise CAUE, before joining ADAMAS in 1996, where he was in charge of land and environment management.
