Mr. Vick is an Officer in the Real Estate Practice Group. He represents clients in the sale, acquisition, financing, tax-deferred exchange, subdivision, construction, zoning and land use, leasing (including ground, build to suit, office and retail space leases) and general development of commercial, office, warehouse, industrial and residential real estate.

Mr. Vick prepares, negotiates and counsels clients in connection with shopping center, office, warehouse, industrial, build to suit and ground leasing, real estate sale and purchase contracts, Illinois land trust ownership, operation, administration and financing, simultaneous and deferred exchange agreements, shopping center development and management agreements, licenses, loan and security instruments, subdivision and trust indentures, shopping center declarations, joint improvement agreements and reciprocal easement agreements.

Mr. Vick has assisted clients in the negotiation, documentation, closing, financing, development, construction and leasing of commercial, office, warehouse, industrial and residential properties in many states, including Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas.

In addition, he represents clients in the formation of business entities, business start-ups, the sale and purchase of businesses, asset sales, stock sales, business financing, shareholder disputes and succession planning, including the drafting and negotiation of shareholder agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, stock redemption agreements, promissory notes, security and pledge agreements, lines of credit, letters of credit, floor plan arrangements and other credit facilities.
