Mr. Weihl is an Officer in the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Weihl's practice concentrates in commercial litigation, general corporate law and probate. In addition, Mr. Weihl has been involved in appellate proceedings in state and federal courts. Mr. Weihl has acted as an arbitrator and has arbitrated cases before a panel of arbitrators as well as before individual arbitrators.

Mr. Weihl served as a Director of the Bankers Trust Company from 1970 to 1987, Director of Clients' Security Fund of the Bar of Illinois from 1990 to 1994 and currently serves as a Director of the Harrisonville Telephone Company and Advisory Director of Okaw Valley Council, B.S.A.

Mr. Weihl was named in Best Lawyers in the U.S. Illinois Probate in 1983 and 1987 and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the American Bar Foundation.
