| I joined the firm as a litigation associate in 2000. Since then, I have represented clients in a variety of cases, including securities litigation, real estate non-disclosure litigation, employment litigation, condemnation actions, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and other forms of commerical disputes. I have participated in litigation before a variety of courts, both state and federal, including the Washington Court of Appeals and the Washinton Supreme Court. I also have experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
