Ms. Johnson is an Officer in the Litigation Practice Group. She represents clients in the defense of civil lawsuits at both the trial and appellate court levels. She defends personal injury claims in the areas of premises liability and automobile liability. She also handles construction lawsuits and toxic tort lawsuits. In recent years Ms. Johnson has participated in more than ten appeals in state court, including the Illinois Supreme Court. In addition to arbitrating and mediating cases she has tried bench and jury trials in Missouri and Illinois courts. Education
