Linda M. Kniepkamp

Ms. Kniepkamp is an Associate in the Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups. She has represented lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of real estate transactions, and land owners with annexation, real estate tax issues and other matters involving various municipalities. She also has assisted lenders with the issuance of tax anticipation warrants for funding to schools and municipalities.

Ms. Kniepkamp has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including easements, charitable donations, shopping center development, commercial and residential leasing, land acquisitions and divestitures. She also has experience in general corporate law including contracts, mergers and acquisitions and a variety of small business issues.
