Ms. Rousseau is an Associate in the Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups. She represents clients in commercial, class action, medical malpractice and real estate dispute cases. Ms. Rousseau's practice includes the defense of civil disputes in both state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings. She also represents commercial creditors in foreclosures, replevins, and other collection matters.

Ms. Rousseau's real estate practice includes negotiation and preparation of leases and purchase and sale agreements. She also has experience in preparing documents for real estate developments and tax exemption and tax abatement applications.
