Steve Sheppard

Steven practices in the Real Estate Group.  His real estate practice focuses primarily on commercial purchase and sale transactions, secured lending and commercial leasing.

Steven was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2004.  A graduate of the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law, he received the Joseph Sears Scholarship for academic merit during his graduating year.  Steven began his studies at the Memorial University of Newfoundland where he received a Master of Arts in Political Science.  While completing his law degree, Steven served as the Chair of the University of New Brunswick Disciplinary Committee, dealing with various incidences of student misconduct.  He is a member of both the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
