Annie Claude Beauchemin practices mainly in the fields of commercial litigation and bankruptcy, representing debtors, secured and ordinary creditors, and trustees. She regularly represents creditors in the context of commercial litigation in order to help ensure recovery of their claims to the greatest extent possible, or in order to help them obtain appropriate compensation. In addition to representing companies in the course of various commercial proceedings, she has acquired substantial experience with regard to the publication and procedure in the case of movable and immovable hypothecs.

She also works with companies wishing to restructure, both under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. In addition, she represents trustees, secured creditors and different intervenants in the context of bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.

Furthermore, she is implicated in various activities throughout the firm. Among other things, she established a committee for the environment and participates in the construction and bankruptcy and insolvency "Swat Teams".

Annie Claude Beauchemin began her career as a student at BCF in 2002 and has pursued her career with the firm, dedicated to protecting her clients' rights both in and out of court.
