| Bar Admission Called to the Barreau du Québec, 2003 Julie Lavigne was hired by BCF in 2001 as an articling student. She now works for the firm as a lawyer with the tax and business law team. She specializes in the fields of business acquisitions and sales, corporate reorganization and the drafting of shareholder agreements. Julie also teaches a course on commercial transactions at the law faculty of Université de Montréal. |
