Larry D. Henry is a graduate with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1970. During law school he served on the Iowa Law Review. After law school Mr. Henry joined the Army JAGC. It was during this time that his interest in trial work developed after handling over 2,000 military court martials and administrative boards. Mr. Henry came to Tulsa in 1976 and first served as criminal defense counsel in the Homestake Oil case. He continued a general civil trial practice, which by 1982 had become concentrated in the area of employment law which is where he has continued to practice. In addition to providing employment related advice, he has employment litigation experience in state and federal courts in and outside of Oklahoma. He is admitted to the Oklahoma and Iowa Bar Associations, all federal district courts, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  Mr. Henry has concentrated his practice in the area of Employment Law for over 20 years, and is a recognized expert in the field of employee background checks.
