Mr. Seelman devotes his practice to civil litigation. He has represented a broad range of corporate clients in a variety of complex litigation matters involving antitrust and unfair trade practices (territorial and customer restraints, bid rigging, price maintenance, tying, price-fixing, monopolization, price discrimination), class actions, non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets, fraud, negligence, partnership and shareholder disputes, employment, commercial contract disputes, and appeals. Mr. Seelman has been involved in over thirty federal and state class action lawsuits, most recently sucessfully defending a window manufacturer in a 100 million dollar construction/design defect lawsuit. He has handled cases before the U.S. Panel on Multi-District Litigation; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th, 9th, and 10th Circuits; the U.S. district courts in California, Wisconsin, Kansas, Florida, Minnesota, and Texas as well as state district and appellate courts in Colorado, Wisconsin, Kansas, Florida, New Mexico, Texas and Tennessee.  Mr. Seelman is member of the American Bar Association (Antitrust Section), the Colorado and Wisconsin Bar Associations as well as the Denver Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Colorado and Wisconsin, the U.S. District Courts in Colorado and the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th, 7th, 9th and 10th Circuits.
