| Ms. Bernstein practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, eminent domain law, real estate, and water law. She represents private landowners, quasi-municipal corporations and public entities in her eminent domain practice. Her litigation work includes the appellate process. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bernstein clerked for Judge Arthur P. Roy at the Colorado Court of Appeals during the 2003-2004 term. Ms. Bernstein was born in Denver on November 11, 1973 and raised in Vail and Denver. She was admitted to the Colorado bar in 2003.
