Ms. Girouard practiced for a large accounting firm before joining BCF LLP as a notary in 2000. Ms. Girouard now shares her expertise in estate and taxation planning to help our clients understand and proceed with asset protection and asset transfer. She also specializes in the transfer of family businesses. As such, she recommends the use of trusts when justified, for example, testamentary trusts, estate freeze trusts and asset protection trusts.
