| Bar Admission Called to the Barreau du Québec, 1997 Marc Philibert joined the firm in 1997. From 2002 until the end of 2004, he pursued his professional activities in Barbados, notably as Director of BCF International (Barbados) Ltd., where he participated in the international expansion of several Canadian businesses. Marc Philibert is a partner of the firm and a member of its Business and Corporate law team. He is involved primarily in venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, transfer of family businesses between generations, university spin-offs/technology transfers, and the corporate aspects of implementing tax-oriented corporate structures. |
