Graham joined FSI as a partner in early 2005 and specialises in all aspects of banking law acting for both lenders and borrowers with particular expertise in acquisition, property and project finance. He also has experience in derivatives and trade finance. He advises on corporate workouts and other distressed non contentious situations and works closely with insolvency practitioners. His clients include banks, corporates and high net worth individuals. Recent highlights include advising a bank in connection with the provision of £15m senior debt funding to finance an MBO of a camping business, advising a bank in connection with the provision of £30 million development finance funds to a limited partnership and advising a group of companies in connection with a £15m tax refinancing and funding for planning permission on a landmark London site.
