Mark Specialises in high value residential property working for a broad range of clients. He acts for Private individuals, Banks and Developers. More recently, he has dealt with a large development at Canary Wharf acting for the Developer. He has a broad knowledge of residential property law, including leasehold transactions and advising on mortgages and short term letting agreements. He is also the author of the "Conveyancer's Factfinder" which is published annually by Jordan's and currently, in it's third edition. Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and features on the Institute's web site and student information packs. Mark has worked in the City for a number of years and spent four years working for Lawrence Graham dealing with many high profile clients and acting for various off shore trusts. His interests include, cooking, golf and driving his classic car, a 1965 MG Midget. |
