| JoDee is a partner in the Business section of the firm. She heads up the firm's Corporate Counsel team and is a member of the Hospitality team. Her practice focuses primarily on general business transactions and securities. She represents companies in a broad range of practice areas including mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, commercial transactions, real estate financing, public company reporting and business succession planning. Since joining the firm in 2000, she has assisted businesses in buying and/or selling assets, in securing equity and debt financing, private placements, public reporting and a variety of day-to-day corporate matters in the manufacturing, wood products, real property development, automobile and a variety of other industries.
