| Law Practice Kathy Tang was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2000. She practices in the area of securities, corporate finance and corporate/commercial law in Boughton's securities group. From September 2002 to May 2005, Ms. Tang worked in the Corporate Finance division of the British Columbia Securities Commission. While at the Commission, she reviewed public companies' offering documents and continuous disclosure and participated in policy initiatives of the Canadian Securities Administrators. (1999) Professional and Other Activities Ms. Tang has taught at the course for securities support staff and junior lawyers hosted by the Continuing Legal Education Society and has also taught at the Pubco course offered by Simon Fraser University. Ms. Tang is a member of the Securities Law section of the Canadian Bar Association and is a volunteer with the Western Canadian Society to Access Justice. Outside work, she enjoys running, skiing and riding her motorbike.
