After graduating from Utrecht University, Luc Habets obtained his LL.M in Philadelphia, US. Luc was admitted to the bar in 1989. Until 1999 he worked at Caron & Stevens / Baker & McKenzie in Amsterdam and Jakarta, Indonesia, where he became a partner in 1996. Luc has been with Lexence since 1998, working in the Business Law section. He has extensive knowledge of takeovers and venture capital transactions.
