Mark Greenfield focuses his practices on transactional real estate.  His clients include land owners, developers, buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants.  He advises these clients on all phases related to ownership and development, beginning with pre-acquisition due diligence, including environmental, demolition, and title insurance, financing, operations, management, leasing and expansion and disposition.  Mr. Greenfield has significant experience in shopping center and office development and leasing.  He has substantial experience in large scale multi-lender commercial developments including Eton Collection, Woodmere, Ohio, Crocker Park, Westlake, Ohio and The Strip in North Canton, Ohio.

Mr. Greenfield is a faculty member at the Paralegal Institute of the Academy of Court Reporters, where he lectures on the subject of Real Property Law.  He has also been a speaker before trade groups on the subject of independent contractors and the legal status of same gender marriage.

Mr. Greenfield is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association Real Estate Section where he serves on the Model Forms and Bar Admissions committees.  He is also a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), where he serves as the co-chairperson of the Northern Ohio chapter's Corporate Sponsorship committee.

Mr. Greenfield is a Board member of the Cleveland chapter of the Jewish National Fund and of the Cleveland Hebrew Schools.  He is also an active member of Reading Buddies, a community group that regularly meets and reads with first and second graders.
