Lindsay joined the Company Commercial Department at Finers Stephens Innocent in June 2005.

Lindsay?s expertise encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including:

• Business start-ups;
• Business Mergers and Acquisitions;
• Commercial contracts including terms and conditions of business, confidentiality agreements, agency and distribution agreements, consultancy agreements and joint venture agreements;
• Shareholder Arrangements including Shareholder Agreements.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys travel and is also a keen sportswoman, with a particular interest in netball, tennis and middle distance running.
