Arthur Kaspers graduated from the University of Amsterdam, having read Dutch law and Public Administration. After being admitted to the bar, he was employed until 1992 at Loeff Claeys Verbeke in Amsterdam. Arthur, one of Lexence?s founders, works in the Litigation and Real Estate sections. Arthur specialises in civil law and litigation, environmental law and spatial administrative law. In Arthur?s civil practice, the professional liability of civil-law notaries and lawyers plays an important role. In this field, he represents insurers and intermediaries. He is a member of the Association of Rent Law Attorneys and sits on the Managing Board of Lexence.
