After graduating from the University of Amsterdam, Bram Thomas Craemer joined Loeff Claeys Verbeke in Amsterdam and was admitted to the Bar. He also spent a semester at the New York University School of Law. Before joining Lexence, Bram Thomas Craemer was employed at Allen & Overy, where he successively worked in the Labour Law, Intellectual Property Law and Litigation sections. Now working in Lexence's Litigation and Real Estate sections, Bram Thomas specialises in civil litigation, and has gained wide experience in civil procedures, e.g. as regards the law of obligations and insolvency law. Bram Thomas has also frequently advised and litigated with respect to the termination of continuing performance contracts such as franchise and distribution agreements. In addition, Bram Thomas has represented a number of major energy companies in a range of proceedings relating to energy law. |
