Jan van Duijvendijk

After graduating from Leiden University, Jan van Duijvendijk joined Blackstone Rueb & Van Boeschoten as an attorney. He subsequently worked as a company lawyer at Fokker, Hollandse Beton Groep and Strukton Groep; at Strukton Groep, Jan was Head of Legal Affairs. Jan was admitted to the bar and joined Lexence as a partner in 2001, where he is on the Project Development team of the Real Estate section. Specialising in construction law, real estate and the law of contracts, Jan is a member of the Dutch Association for Construction Law. In addition, he is a Major in the reserves in Military Intelligence, and teaches at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and the NEPROM (Association of Dutch Project Development Companies.)
