Jeroen Goosens joined Lexence after graduating from Utrecht University. He was admitted to the bar in 1999 and works in the Business Law section. Jeroen is widely experienced in private equity and venture capital transactions, having represented both venture capital companies (both Dutch and foreign), companies looking for risk-bearing capital and management in MBOs. In addition to private equity, Jeroen specialises in mergers, takeovers and reorganisations, and provides advice on a wide range of issues in the field of company law.
