Monique Bourquin

Monique Bourquin joined Lexence after graduating from the University of Amsterdam. She was admitted to the bar in 2001. While reading Dutch Law, Monique was a board member of the Legal Advice Centre in Amsterdam, a volunteer organisation run by law students.
 Monique works in the Business Law section and has gained broad experience in both Dutch and foreign mergers, takeovers and reorganisations, as well as private-equity and venture-capital transactions for large and medium-sized companies. Monique also advises on a wide range of issues in the field of company law.
