Tomas Steenmetser

After graduating from Leiden University, Tomas Steenmetser joined Boekel De Nerée. Admitted to the bar in 1991, Tomas became a partner at Lexence ten years later, where he has worked in the Litigation and Real Estate sections. He specialises in commercial rent law, the purchase process, litigation and the general law of obligations related to real estate. He is a board member of the Association of Rent Law Attorneys. Tomas has published extensively, and is the author of Huurrecht Wetteksten, an SDU publication. He teaches the elective subject rent law at the professional training programme of the Dutch Bar Association, in addition to lecturing and teaching various training courses.
