After graduating from Amsterdam Free University, Carolien Bosch worked at Barents & Krans in The Hague and Loeff Claeys Verbeke in Amsterdam, respectively. Carolien was among the founders of Lexence in 1992, and currently works as a civil-law notary in the Business Law section, specialising in mergers and takeovers, contracts and joint ventures.
