Since graduating from Leiden University, Henk ten Voorde has worked in notarial law, starting in the Rotterdam offices of Loeff Claeys Verbeke and Loyens en Loeff. Henk became a partner at Lexence in 2001. He works in the Business Law section, specialising in restructuring, mergers and takeovers, venture capital, divisions and spin-offs. He was sworn in as a civil-law notary in 2002.
