Jan Weijenborg

Jan Weijenborg graduated from Utrecht University with a degree in Notarial Law, and subsequently graduated in Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam. He worked at Loyens & Volkmaars and later at Loeff Claeys Verbeke. After practising as a civil-law notary in Amstelveen for a number of years, Jan continued practising at Landwell, the correspondent law firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC.) Jan has been a partner at Lexence since 2004, where he works in the Business Law section, specialising in structuring, restructuring, mergers, divisions, takeovers and venture capital.
