Before graduating cum laude from Utrecht University in Notarial Law, Taco de Lange studied Tax Law at the Leiden University. Taco started his career as a junior civil-law notary at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, after which he joined the Hague law firm of Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuyn. Taco has been with Lexence since 2002. He works in the Real Estate section as a junior civil-law notary, specialising in the project development of commercial real estate, the redevelopment of city centres and shopping centres, complex divisions in apartment rights, issues regarding the ownership of integrated underground and above-ground construction, and investment activities. His expertise also includes issues regarding turnover tax and transfer tax with respect to both existing real estate and new development.
