Marcia joined Brazeau Seller LLP in February 2005 to continue her commercial and civil litigation practice after practicing for nine years with a leading Ottawa-based law firm. She has both her Common Law and Civil Law degrees, is called to the bar in Ontario and is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations. Marcia has represented clients in all Ontario and federal courts, as well as before arbitrators and specialized tribunals such as the Competition Tribunal and the Canadian Transportation Tribunal. Marcia also has considerable experience in insurance disputes, labour and employment, real estate litigation, mortgage remedies, and construction lien litigation.
